Hi all,
I have a problem that I don't think can be solved but I will post it anyway. I will use real examples of what I am trying to achieve, so here goes.
I have a workbook with numerous worksheets labelled alphabetically. Each sheet will have cells which contain a Tool listing with; Tool number (ie; F1), Customer name (ie; Kosdown) and Tool description (ie; GE Money Folder). Here is a shortened example of what might be listed in sheet F;
Cell A1: F1-Kosdown- GE Money Folder
Cell A2: F2-Kosdown- SPC Header Card
Cell A3: F3-Digital House- Look Software Bus. Cards
Cell A4: F4-MJ Printing- Just Jeans Tags
I will only be using column A in each sheet and each sheet may use anywhere up to 40 rows, each row listing one tool as above.
As there will be multiple tools catalogued for each customer I will also have worksheets labelled Kosdown, Digital House, MJ Printing etc.
Now here is my question. Is there any way that when a new tool is listed (for example sheet F, F1-Kosdown- GE Money Folder) that it will also automatically list itself in the sheet which is labelled with that customers name given that any formula to do so would have to identify the customer name from within the listing?
I hope I have been clear enough. JLB.
