Excel VB script which locks cell after single use in shared work book

Can any one please help me with Excel VB script which locks cell after single use in shared work book.

Hi,

I just want to create a time capturing sheet which captures system time and date in a cell and locks it for ever in a shared work sheet.

There are many vb macros which only work for unshared work sheet.

Or at least is there any chance of creating the same replica sheet in MS Access.
