how to blink a particular cell which mentioned company name or any heading on the excel sheet top place.

But i want to do like which cell i wrought that cell will shine. means every minute color will keep on change. 1ce red, 1ce yellow, 1ce green like. plz help me frenzZzZzZzZ......
