if the rows containing specific text are hidden, delete a specifically named ole object

I have non-consecutive rows containg text like "page 1", "page 2", up to "page 15" that are sometimes hidden using a filter.
I would like to have a worksheet_change macro that deletes the oleobject named "WDME 1" whenever the row with the cell containing the value "page 1" is hidden, deletes the oleobject named "WDME 2" when the row with the cell containing the value "Page 2" is hidden, etcetera up to "page 15" and "WDME 15"
Please help, this is really all I want for Christmas!
