how to find text and file in a macro

I am working on a macro and need some help on the script for the below...

My worksheet is containg the text in different columns and macro should verify a particular folder and a particular month sub folder and if the text is matching with the file name, it should copy the file to the new location...

here i have attached the file. In this sheet if the column Q is containing "yes" it should pick the number from column B that is account # and find the file with the same name from my share drive. On my Share drive I have a folder with the name of year "2012" in that I have monthly folders. First it should find the file from the previous month that is June if not available it should go the before last month that is May.
