After some advice - Workbook - send email on certain date?

Hello all,

Hoping someone maybe able to assist or advise on a query I have.

I have an excel workbook (excel 2013) which I would like to send an email to specific email addresses on a certain date.

I have attached a copy of the workbook for reference.

What I am trying to achieve is; on the filed marked 'BOOKED TO' with a date in it - I wish for an email to be sent to the email address listed in 'Engineer'. the engineer is a drop down list, so what ever email address is listed I would want an email sent to that address. I would also want to be able to put some test into the body of said email.

I hope this makes sense, and I do apologies if this subject has been covered previously.

Hopefully this will get you started. I've never used the macro so I can't vouch for it, but it did come from a reputable website.
