I am trying index and match formula to get value form F Coloumn "Sal_Data" sheet .but I not coming on C13 cell of "Pay_Slip" sheet. but on Cell E13 its working proper. check my attachment

Assuming that the combination of "Date" and "Emp. No." forms a unique combination (though individually neither of them is unique), would you consider inserting a new column concatenating the two and then apply VLOOKUP to return value from the desired column.
It's working fine. The match is cell F31 on the "Sal_Data" sheet which has a 0 in it. Change it to another number and you will see on the "Emp_Slip" sheet it's working.
if you change the date 1/12/2015 to 1/11/2015 on A31 Cell then the Cell F48 value should appear its not appearing
You are matching cell F4 on the "Emp_Sheet" with column A on the "Sal_Data" sheet. Why would that match A48 on the "Sal_Data" sheet, they are not the same date?
