listing unique words below table

I'm trying to find solution for listing all colours have been typed in Table1 in succeeding rows at column A and sum of each occurrences at column B (starting 3 rows below Table1).

It would be simple if this table was prepared once. I could list all colours in each row and at column B use the COUNTIF formula, but the main difficulty is that Table1 will be filled by another user and I cannot know what colours and how many lines he will add.
This is also why I want to start listing colours 3 rows below Table1 and when user will add another line my list should move lower.

I was trying to reach that by using formulas or pivot table, but I think it would by the most efficient using VBA (even if I just start learning it).listing_colours.png
