Small problem with VBA bubble chart

I have managed to write this code:

It works fine, but I want to bubbles to be in 3D. Can anyone tell my why the above code won't make them 3D? It works if the line "'.SeriesCollection.NewSeries" is in the code, but then it adds an additional series to my labels/legends, called series 1 - why?

I have attached my 'training' excel sheet.

Btw, is it possible to define your own colors which the chart should be using?
