@baig123
You know you are on a forum members trying to help you (in there own free time).
You feel the need to tell us it is urgent.
Maybe it is urgent for you, but maybe not for us.
You get better help if you appreciate the (spare) time members spend on this forum, helping other forummembers to learn excelskills.
Having said that; i took a look at your file, but for me it is not clear, what you want to achieve.
You don't add in which sheet the problem exist and don't add where you post your disered result.
Notice my main language is not English.
I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

Sorry for what part of my reply?
Hi,
Assuming your Q. is about the note on the abbreviations sheet there are fraction values on the Abbreviations sheet where a leading zero is required.
A28 for instance
You can of course derive the decimal values with the formula
Formula:

and use the custom format
"#.0000"
to suppress leading zeros WHERE ALLOWABLE.

Tool_to_replace_Fraction_to_decimal_v1_MrShorty.xlsmI, too, am having some trouble understanding your purposes here.
Is this something you need to do a lot? The main thing I notice is that your table in "Abbreviations" is all text strings. Excel is perfectly capable of handling fractions as actual numbers (at least, when it isn't trying to treat them as dates). If you format a cell (or group of cells) as fraction (with the desired number of digits), then you can simply enter the fractions and Excel will store them as numbers. Converting from fraction to decimal is as simple changing the formatting or using a formula like =A2 and formatting that cell as decimal. Depending on what you are doing, it may not even be necessary to convert to decimal. I would suggest that, if you need to do this sort of thing a lot, that you practice working with fractions as numbers rather than trying to work with numbers (whether fraction or decimal) as text.
