Not sure why you are specifying two criteria when the C8 range is the same.

The AutoFilter method accepts a maximum of 2 criteria. It does not use arrays. Besides, your logic for Criteria1 is a tautology. You need only use ">=".

i type Ahsaan G in C8 then run the macro,,
