Open Excel workbook and run macro using Windows task scheduler

In Access 2007, I can use the task scheduler to start Access, open the database, and then run a macro. Can I do the same thing in Excel 2007? I can get Excel to open the proper workbook, but can't seem to get it to call the macro. In Access I use the X/ mymacro switch. Is there something similar in Excel?

I'm having trouble figuring out how to get task scheduler to open the workbook. Can you tell me the steps you use to accomplish that? Thanks.
