Need help making four page excel from scanned in form

Hi I am completely inexperienced here and need someone's guidance please...

At work I am wanting to scan in a form we use all the time and then make it an excel so I can type input once and it will make 4 copies w/each speadsheet labelled accordingly. I have scanned it and it was saved as pdf file. I then made it a jpg. so I could save in excel as a background. I tried to print and it was printing only what I inputed and not the background so that didnt help. Next I highlighted and copied what I wanted into a new speadsheet and it printed but was lined up wonky plus had the gridlines and I dont want those. If this jibberish makes any sense to anyone and they can help or have a whole different way I could achieve this I would be eternally grateful!

    Thanks so much!

Well here is a part of the solution:

http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/micro...07-worksheets/ That covers the background I think.

I avoid gridlines where possible, especially on sheets tat are not spare (i.e. most cells are filled and the eye can easily follow a row or column). There is a disability that means some reader's eyes areunable to handle grids. Spare sheets do need some lines to help, but be selective. To stop printing if you leave them in:
