in C2 add a helper formula to i.d the matches:
=IF(SUMPRODUCT(--(ISNUMBER(SEARCH($A$2:$A$4,B2)))),COUNT(C$1:C1)+1,"")
copied down... assumes search criteria in A2:A4
Then in D2:
=IFERROR(INDEX($B$2:$B$20,MATCH(ROWS($D$2:$D2),$C$2:$C$20,0)),"")
copied down as far as needed.
