Hi all,

Working in Excel 2010.

I have a list of names and the number of times they came to us. I want to flag their latest appointment. I'm more of a visual person, so hopefully these screenshots help.

Trying to make this:

Look like this:

I'm really under the gun here, any help would be greatly appreciated.
