    Converting Table in Excel to List in excel

    Howdy. I am am ammo collector an use a spreadsheet to keep track of my collection. One part of this is headstamps (the marks on the base of a cartridge) and what they mean. I have a "base" sheet that has all my info and from there it breaks up into sub catagories.
    I have included the relelvant sheets so my explaination makes sense.

    My info is put in with the calibre in the A column and labels in row 1.
    So I have a table of headstamps that I want a list out of. I do not a have a set number of headstamps for each calibre and I am continually adding to it.

    Someone reccomended to me using VLOOKUP or HLOOKUP. I have had a play with both but can't get either to work exactly right. Both are close but I haven't been able to dial either in perfectly.
    I realise I could just use an =A? but then I have to modify it each time I add cartridges.

    ok.
    I have my data table (labeled "Headstamp table") which has Calibre along the y axis and the headstamp along the x axis e.g
    Calibre-Heapstamp 1-Headstamp 2-etc.

    What i want on -in a list- is the headstamps. I don't need the calibres just the headstamps.

    I have been using =A? formulas but was wondering if there is an easier way as i am constantly adding to list.

    can you just post another workbook with what you'd like to see. just write the resuts in cell and highlite those that need calculating.

    Im using Excel 2007 now.
    I have a table of values in one sheet that I want as a list.

    Eg I have
    1 2 3 4
    5 6
    7 8 9 10

    and I want
    1
    2
    3
    4
    5
    6
    7
    8
    9
    10

    The only thing is my table is at least 130 cells by 16 cells and constantly getting bigger so using =A? is to unwieldly.

    Any advice?
