Calculations in Pivot Tables

Hello everyone,

I am trying to come up with some calculations in pivot tables. I have a dataset with several columns, and I have to calculate percentages of some columns over others, as part of a report.

I generated an example file that I am attaching.

I know that I could calculate these percentages in the database or outside the table, but the problems with doing this are the following:

If I calculate percentages as part of the database, the percentage subtotals and totals will be wrongly calculated]

If I calculate them outside the pivot table, when I add or subtract columns then the formulas will not make sense.

How could I do this?

Your pivot table does nothing more than create a total row.
What percentages are you trying to determine.

Pivot tables can also determine percentages using the Advanced feature of the row or column, depending on what you want. Have you researched that feature?

some options shown in a copy of your file.
note addition on extra column to show grouping options.
