Conditional formatting question

Just use the same condition that detected the cell should be green in the first place.

You will need to select both columns and use a formula rather than just cell equals whatever.

Note: it's probably that big because you've applied multiple CF conditions to whole columns + formatting + Data Validation.

Short answer to you supplementary question: AFAIK, you can't lookup a value in a list and apply the colour for that cell. Very similar question from someone else recently but I can't find it.
