Drag it down....
Enter Reference No in B3 Cell.

What is your exact excel version?
Me too facing some problem when I open the file in Excel 2003 version.
The picture is not loading after changing the different value from the DropDown List.
But when I open it in excel 2010 version then it is working fine. But After selection I need to move the cursor to the Picture located cell then only the picture is changing

To copy the image, just select image with your mouse, then press CTRL-D button, and dragged the second image to the place you like, and just resize it with mouse...

The picX formula is incorrect because you have used a relative row number in MATCH part not absolute. It must be MATCH(extract!$B$3,...

Thanks a lot for letting me know my mistake, yes you are right... I used relative reference and I never thought it requires absolute reference.
Another error is in that file I referred to extract!$B2 cell instead of B3.
If you don't tell my mistake then I have not realized what I did wrong.
