INDIRECT.EXT function with a network path

I have created a bunch of excel workbooks, and I need to pull 3 specific cells off of each of those files, so I used the INDIRECT.EXT function. When I use a local path from my C-drive, I have no problems. However, when I use my network path, I keep getting a REF error. I have double checked and made sure that all of the spelling is correct. Also, when I replicate this process by extracting the specified cells from copies of the same workbooks on my C-drive. Attached is an example of what it is supposed to look like for 1 workbook reference.

    Workbook location:

    \\sas-sbs\SAS\TIMECARDS AND MANPOWER\YMM\SAS Dillon Kakoschke

    File Name: November 1-15.xlsm

    Cells to extract:

    I31, I32, I33

Any help on the topic would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you,

    Connor

Yes, when I re-write the formula for Indirect =INDIRECT("'["&B3&"]"&F1&"'!"&B2), the formula works

Where F1 is equal to the sheet: Timecard
