Hi All,
I have two columns named "Date" and "Result"
Date is nothing but calender date. ex: 9/11/2013
Result columnn holds only yes or no values . ex: Yes
In my third column i want to know how many "yes" values are there in column "Result" between two dates(date from column date )
ex: count Yes:<value> between 9/11/2013 and 11/11/2013.
Is there anyway to get it.

=COUNTIFS(A$2:A$21,">="&--"9nov2013",A2:A21,"<="&--"11nov2013",B2:B21,"yes")
or:
=COUNTIFS(A$2:A$21,">="&DATE(2013,11,9),A2:A21,"<="&DATE(2013,11,11),B2:B21,"yes")
or type 9nov2013 in say D1 & 11nov2013 in say E1
=COUNTIFS(A$2:A$21,">="&D1,A2:A21,"<="&E1,B2:B21,"yes")
Edit:
assumption is A2:A21 contains Date & B2:B21 contains Results
