Equal or higher numbers selection function display

Attach is a the new file with the new column.

I need help please with formulas in cells E1, F1 and G1 in order to achieve the following result:
When manually inserting a number in cell D1, I would like please the formulas to display in cells F1 and G1 respectively the two matching equal or higher numbers than cell D1 number from the same row, and a formula in cell E1 cell display the temp value in column A for the same resulting row of the E1 and G1.

Example:
If I entered the number 3355 in cell D1, I would like the formulas in cells E1, F1 and G1 to display the following result:
Cell E1 (24), F1 (3525), G1 (3400) respectively.
