Lookup, Multiple value in multiple sheets

    Hi Guys,

I'm trying to create a spreadsheet with some lookup functions.

I would like to look up the groups in summary sheet from all other sheet and return the value in the A1 cell of that sheet to the corresponding D column cell of summary sheet.
Also, I would like to look up the same groups and return the non-blank dates per column heading match, please see example.

I tried searching the net however, nothing has been effective.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi warhead92100,

    welcome to the forum.

Why you only have S1 instead of A1, in Summary sheet D3 ? what makes S1 eligible to appear there? thanks.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the confusion.

S1 is entered in D3 because group 1 is entered in Sheet S1, and Sheet S1 has S1 in its A1 Cell.

    S1 Process
TAT Group Date Received Queue 1/2/2013 1/3/2013 1/4/2013
    -29484 1 1/2/2013 Triage 30
    -29485 2 1/2/2013 Gipsy1 45
    -29485 3 1/2/2013 Triage 30
    -29485 4 1/2/2013 Inforce 10

    Capacity 375 330
    OT Requirement -0.5 -1.25

Also the dates entered in Summary Sheet was supposed to be from the Sheet where Group 1 is entered. I was thinking of looking up the First non-blank data in the row of each group and getting the Headers which are the dates.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you and Happy New Year.

Re: Lookup, Multiple value in multiple sheets

    Thanks Dilipandey,

    Added reps.

However, may I request some more?

I was thinking that the dates to appear is the header of the column where there is data, and will not show the headers continously.

    ex.
    S1 Process
TAT Group Date Received Queue 1/2/2013 1/3/2013 1/4/2013
    -29484 1 1/2/2013 Triage 30
    -29485 2 1/2/2013 Gipsy1 45
    -29485 3 1/2/2013 Triage 30
    -29485 4 1/2/2013 Inforce 10

in the above table, summary sheet should reflect:
Date Received Group Installer Triage Gipsy1 Mapps Upload Gipsy 2 Gipsy3 Rework Inforce Inforcd Mail End TAT
    1/2/2013 1 S1 1/2/2013 1/3/2013 -29484
    1/3/2013 2 S1 -29485
    1/4/2013 3 S1 1/3/2013 -29485
    1/5/2013 4 S1 1/4/2013 -1
    1/6/2013 5 A1 1/2/2013 -29485
    1/7/2013 6 A1 -29485
    1/8/2013 7 A1 -29486
    1/9/2013 8 A1 -29487
    1/10/2013 9 -29488

    Please see attached example:

    Thanks, Happy 2013!!!
