I cannot see a common relationship between data base1 and data base 2. What is the logic for combining. Is there a common field that you can join on?

This thread is badly written and I create a new one. I cant find how to delete the old one . Sorry about the doubling of questions. I wrote the new one in other forum section becouse may be solution is not with forumula but with macros.
