    Index & Match Text Functions

    Can anyone tell me why this forumla is not working? Please see attached image.

    I need the values in Column B to solve to the respective month in Column G.

    Nov-12 would solve to 1,398
    Dec-12 would solve to 1,728

    etc. etc.
