Count how many dups-delete the extras-remove Rev at the end

Hello Everyone,

Need your superior excel skills. I have a spreadsheet that I need to do the following -

Total how many duplicated info are there.
Deleting the duplicates
Remove the Rev info at the end.

I hope I explained it correctly. Final result at the bottom of the page.
