Help Excel Formula for showing Value

Hi,

Good day . I'm Having trouble in my Excel Formula since im not good with it i only know basic. I attached some image for more detailed.

\1

I just want to plot all of the hours in the date. not including weekend and its working fine. but i have some problem with the early date.

like for example:

Sample 3 start with 9-May-16 and end in 19-May-16. I plot all 8.89 hours from 9 - 16 of May. i just use the formula

=IF(K$1<=$K8,$L8,"")
=IF(the date the written horizontal<=$Deadline,$How many hours,"")

my problem is the early date. it still showing the "how many hours"

Sorry for my bad English and i cant explain what i wanted to be. T_T

its like i have report start in may 9 its should not show or plot in early date like May 1 to 6 since i got my report at May 9.

Please Help im very appreciate if you help me thanks you .

Hi, welcome to the forum

Please upload a sample of your workbook, not a picture of your data. Pictures are pretty much impossible to edit, and no-one wants to re-type your data for you
Also, not all members can upload picture files (Company firewalls and stuff) - and, depending on what browser is being used, some pics dont even show up on the forum

Your workbook should show a small desensitized example of the data you are working with and a manual mockup of the expected results.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Regards
Ford

Try this in K2:

=IF(AND(K$1<=$G2,K$1>=$F2,WEEKDAY(K$1,2)<6),$H2,"")
