Pivot Running Total with Begin and End Date

I'll try my best to explain my dilemma. I have a data sheet that contains begin and date. Can i create a pivot that shows a running total of how many I have each month considering my end date.


Id like to have a running total of my count in Pivot Actives after termination but in running total.

If i have 78 in Jan (C7) but then I have 18 terms in Jan my table should show a result of 60.

I've been creating 2 pivots then manually calculating the running total....so any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks

Value in Cell C7 is 78; this is for for Gold.
Value in Cell C17 is 18; this is for for Bronze.

Dear Joshvince,

Use the field "Status as of 4/20/15" in your Pivot Table. Drag the "Status as of 4/20/15" to the Rows area. Please Refer Attachment. Hope this will solve your problem.

Thanks for the correction. You are right . Let me change my example. I really wanted to combine these active and terms...to see a summary that shows a running total. If in January I have 78 actives for gold (C7) and no terms Feb should show a running total of 102 in Feb. ...because I have added 25 actives in Feb(D7 ) and 1 term (D18), I hope I didnt make it more messier. thanks
