Automnatically copy formula to next row when a cell is populated in that row

I want to copy formula & formatting from say Clm C to R as I put detail into column A. (see attached file)
    ie if I populate
    • cell A4 it will copy details, (formula & formatting) from Cells C3 to R3 into cells C4 to R4.
    • Cell A5 it will copy details, (formula & formatting) either from Cells C3 to R3 or cells C4 to R4 into Cells C5 to R5.
    • Cell A6 it will copy details, (formula & formatting) either from Cells C3 to R3 or cells C5 to R5 into Cells C6 to R6.
    • etc
    Excel Q.xls
    Any Ideas would be great
    Thanks

    Hi Bob,

I have used the Cells C3:R3 to copy paste formula and formatting including drop downs.. see the attached file where the event macro will work as soon as you put any number in column A. Thanks.
