    Copy Paste Formula Question

    Novice here.
    Here's what I'm doing:
    Copy - D6: =(c6*a4)
    Copy down result - D7: =(C7*A5); D8: =(C8*A6)...
    Desired copy down result - D7: =(C7*A4); D8: =(C8*A4)

I want to copy down but have A4 not increment.
    How do I do this?
    Thanks.

    Re: Copy Paste Formula Question

Use A$4 vs. A4. The $ will anchor the row; $A4 will anchor the column, $A$4 will anchor the cell...

I knew it had to be something easy. Thanks.
